Welcome back after a while. I am proud to announce a new service of mine that I have designed in the last couple of month however the knowledge, experience and learnings have been accumulated over more than two decades.

I guess my site's front page pretty well paints the story of why this service emerged, so please read here if you have not.

I just want to emphasize here that the time has come to pay more attention to ourselves and how we lead groups & teams of people when we have to engage many to get through complex problems together. It is time to leverage the potential & power of the group that so often keeps staying hidden behind domination and power. It is about both - us as nominated, elected leaders as well as those unnoticed, willing to lead, but somehow left behind until explosion when it's already too late. It is also about people engagement & satisfaction that comes along. And it is about #meeting - the most popular & widespread form of collaboration yet so hard and tough so often.
