What is The Modern Teambuilding?

It is the latest product of mine that helps teams of different sizes improve communication, collaboration and engagement NOT by playing games or running in the woods, but staying in the domain of work, discussing relevant challenges and finding solutions in the context.

The Modern Teambuilding helps discuss elephants in the ROOMs in a safe, open and engaging way. There is no blaming, resistance or pushing happening, but quite the oppositte and that's why people like them so much.

The best part is: These events happen with all ranks in the ROOM. Meaning, the sponsor is there taking active part. It took some time to discover it this way and the best part is that it is still evolving from case to case.
