Meetings audit

Did you know that the way our meetings happen

depends on the meeting settings we have enabled?

Those are often just habitational settings that are

somehow there and never change and we just keep

on using them.

Do we wonder why some people talk

and some not in our meetings?
Do we wonder about length and structure

of our meetings?

Do we care how people feel during & after

our meetings?

If at least one yes is there, then we can talk about

Advanced or hidden settings that we can enable

to make our meetings better

(shorter, more engaging, productive, etc.)

Toggle ON/OFF

Some of Advanced or hidden meeting settings

that so often are turned off or just invisible:

  • The meeting story

  • Co-prep time planning

  • Relevant format selection

  • Slow start or warm-up

  • Mutual goal alignment

  • House rules co-creation (anti-sabotage)

  • MMT timer or monolog referee

  • Co-note taking / visualization

  • -15 min ending or slow stop

If this sounds interesting,

meeting audit is the process:

Step 1: You leave your contacts below

Step 2: We plan 60 min session about

your meeting problem,

goals, applying right settings,

explaining the importance,

guiding how to act.

and....

Our meetings are not lonely rangers...

Meaning - good meetings form a system or

 a series of interconnected meetings

that make work more effective at scale.

Evaluation of your meeting system comes for

FREE if you choose this service!
