We've been doing Scrum wrong!

The Scrum framework is not a new thing. Yet so often we practice it wrong because we misunderstand its deeper meaning.
And that is: Lean thinking.
?
Lean thinking means that management's role changes A LOT. Management stops managing and starts empowering, creating environment where Scrum Teams can thrive and delight themselves as well as customers!
We can compare a Scrum Team in action to an Open Space event: Those who have been in Open Spaces know that people there are truly empowered to act and they do!
And we can also say that if we get Scrum right systemically, we can solve so many other problems like ownership, belonging, motivation and many other including engagement because Lean thinking has solved it all a long time ago.
