Research: Teamwork

During the month of February, I spent some of my free time in developing team and team leadership assessments by merging my previous experience and the latest knowledge as a team coach. When the work was finished, I decided to gather info from the people I do not work with and I designed a research survey that was filled just by 35 people, but globally and from many industries.
